Your role would involve providing knowledgeable treatment plans, maintaining client confidentiality, and ensuring optimal client comfort. Expectations:

• You will be expected to have working vehicle, show up in a timely manner, listen to clients needs, study up on specific injuries/diseases, provide a knowledgeable treatment plans, keep clients personal health info safe and secure, create daily soap notes, take payments, have the ability to rebook your next sessions, follow up with clients via phone calls, text, and email, and use proper sanitation for cleaning after each session and wash and dry sheets. 
• Must be physically able to lift/ move clients, perform deep tissue massage, and mentally focus only on your clients while in session. You are also required to check in on customers comfort.
• ​Must work three Saturdays per month and some holidays. Holiday's off are New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• You are required by MO state to keep up with your continuing education, provide insurance, and update licensure. Our company will pay for your license renewal and insurance. CEU's provided after one year of working full time.

Our studio has four beautiful treatment rooms filled with everything you need to do your work along with customer/client safety. We have ashiatsu bars for those who enjoy barefoot massage or like to just give a deeper massage. Supplemental insurance may be available to those who work full time. Full time consist of working with 15+ clients per week. Pay starts at 40 % per session base pay with hourly on the job paid training and paid meetings. Up to 50% per session base pay upon monthly rebooking percentages. The more you rebook the more your percentage goes up. We believe in self care and provide all the tools you need in order to do just that. This includes a Hydro Lounge! I understand the work is physical and will not over work your schedule. However you are expected to do at least 3 massages per day 5 days per week if full time.  Discounted services and a free birthday massage!
